Processing time
Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 1 week for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping & delivery
Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 4–5 business days via tracked, expedited courier. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Every order is custom-packaged and fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Duties & taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, all duties and import taxes are covered by us — the price you see is the price you pay. For international orders outside the U.S., any local customs fees are set by your country and are not included.

Damaged in transit
We package every piece with great care. In the rare case your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
